PHOENIX GLOBAL VALVES (PGVM) undertake various projects to provide specialized manufacturing supplies to a wide range of industries. These projects span across sectors such as Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Power Generation, Desalination, Food Processing, Marine, Textile, Mining, and MEP Sectors, as well as other allied industrial requirements. Our projects are supported by state-of-the-art, advanced modern machinery and tools, enabling us to handle all types of valves with virtually no limitations.
For each project, in-depth engineering design is performed as needed and is subject to customer approval. We work with materials that include both offshore and onshore grades, ranging from carbon steel and stainless steel to other grades such as duplex, nickel alloy, and exotic grade materials. This allows us to serve as an auxiliary manufacturer and service provider, ensuring high-quality and reliable solutions for our clients.

Project Name: HP VALVE SERVICES (PARALLEL SIDE VALVES) AT HASSAYAN POWER PLANT. DUBAI.
Client: GENERAL ELECTRIC (GE) CHINA
Project Overview & Scope Of Work:
The high-pressure valves at the Hassayan Clean Coal Power Plant were produced by HP Valves in the Netherlands. The entire scope of repair and modification for all HP Parallel Slide Gate Valves at Hassayan, under the supervision of GE, was executed by the engineering team at Phoenix Global Valves Manufacturing LLC. The scope of work included dismantling, repairing, and modifying the valves to ensure their trouble-free and smooth operation at the unit.

Project Name: VALVE ACTUATOR SERVICING AT RAK CERAMICS. RAS AL KHAIMAH.
Client: AMISTAD
Project Overview & Scope of Work:
The gas line, valve, and actuator were inspected. The actuator was found to be opening the valve to only 25% of its capacity. Both the valve and actuator were thoroughly cleaned. The main gas line was then shut off, and the actuator was opened and closed 3-4 times. This process was repeated with the gas line operational. Surrounding valves were also checked. Post-service, the valve actuator functioned correctly. The root cause was identified as inadequate maintenance of the gas line, valve, and actuator.

Project Name: INSPECTION AND ROTATION OF THE INTERNALS IN 8° GATE VALVE AT HASSYAN POWER PLANT
Client: HEI, CHINA
Project Overview & Scope Of Work:
The manufacturer has incorrectly machined the inlet and outlet, resulting in the hole being on the wrong side of the valve. The internals should be rotated on the upstream side of the valve, as there is a hole in the disc designed to equalize pressure between the bonnet area and the inlet side of the valve.

Project Name: INSPECT & RECTIFICATION OF LEAKAGE IN CLOSING CONDITION 18' GATE VALVE - HASSYAN PP
Client: H GENERAL ELECTRIC (GE), UNITED ARAB EMIRATES
Project Overview & Scope Of Work:
Upon inspection, the cause of the leakage was identified, and a solution for rectifying the 18-foot Gate Valve at the Hassayan Power Plant was proposed. This includes lapping the discs and correcting the threading of the stem on-site.

Project Name: INSPECTION OF HP VALVE 18' GATE VALVE - HASSYAN POWER PLANT

Project Overview & Scope Of Work:
Upon inspection, it was observed that the stem was rusted and the threading had worn off. The stoppers were also rusted and significantly damaged. Consequently, we propose to lubricate and replace the stem valve, and to readjust the stoppers.
